Meanu is a shared cattery name, combining two long-standing Maine Coon catteries, Mysti-Isle and R P Cathouse.  When Rose of Mysti-Isle and Stella of R P Cathouse found themselves co-owning and partnering on a number of cats and litters, they decided this partnership deserved a name of it's own and Meanu Maine Coons was "born"
